Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.


Damages and Issues

We take product quality seriously and ensure every order is packed with care.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product

If you experience any of the above, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kylabeauty.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide instructions if the claim is approved.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Any opened or used cosmetic or skincare products

  • Lip products, mascaras, makeup brushes, or beauty tools

  • Gift cards, discounted items, or promotional bundles

Once shipped, these items are considered final sale.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once your order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

To request a cancellation (if your order is still pending), please contact support@kylabeauty.com as soon as possible.


European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been opened or used.
