Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (All week).
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Estimated delivery:
- Domestic: 5–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only.
Kyla Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.

Once a package is marked “Delivered”, we cannot replace or refund missing items.

Please double-check your shipping details.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped once extra postage is paid.

International orders may be subject to taxes or import duties.
